As all homeowners should know the State of GA has announced a state wide shelter-in-place order to mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 virus. The order starts on Friday April 3rd and runs through April 13th 2020. Given the fluid nature of this situation, the order could easily be extended. Because of this announcement, the BridgeMill Board of Directors make the following announcements.
1. Garage Sale – The Spring Garage sale has been cancelled. We do not anticipate rescheduling this event. Furthermore, we ask that homeowners to not schedule independent garage sales until state and county officials remove all restrictions to travel and group meetings.
2. April Board of Directors Meeting SCHEDULED FOR APRIL 13TH – This will become a virtual event. At present, we are thinking of a conference call which will be open to the Homeowners. This will include a time for community input and a time for the regular business of the Board which homeowners may listen in but not ask questions. After the open meeting, the board will convene a virtual executive session to discuss legal matters, home owner specific issues and other sensitive matters. This is exactly the same format that has been used in the regular face to face Board meetings the only difference will be that we will all be remote and safe. WE WILL RELEASE MORE INFORMATION AS WE APPROACH THE DATE OF THE MEETING.
