BridgeMill subdivision is located near Bells Ferry Road and Sixes Road in Cherokee County, Georgia. The community is a 2700 plus home, master-planned community. Homes range in scope from “cottage” to custom-designed properties.
The BridgeMill Community Association Inc. is the homeowner managed organization that enforces the covenants and architectural controls. In addition the association maintains all entrances to the community and more than 150 acres of green space within the community. These tasks are performed by an elected board of directors who are all volunteers, as well as a full time, professional on-site property manager.
Within the community BridgeMill Golf LLC, a private company, owns and manages an 18 hole golf course, 2 acre pool and tennis courts.
